Family Building Support
Building your family is an important adventure, and it can be hard to find the information you need to meet your family's needs. My goal is to offer information and support in a safe and supportive environment!
Individualized Family Building Support
I offer a 4 session package to help families explore their family building goals. We'll start wherever you're at, and work with your family's values and priorities to make a plan together that feels good for you. Once we've set this foundation, you're welcome to schedule additional sessions as needed to support your family through this process; I'm available to stick with you for however long your family's journey takes. Some of the things we can work on together:
Discussion of different options for family building, including carrying a pregnancy, surrogacy, and adoption
Supporting mental health and relationships in your family as you prepare to parent
Considering genetic relationships between parents, donors, and future children
Financial, insurance, and legal considerations in family building
Trauma-informed care and integrating recovery into your process
Resources to address medical, mental health, legal, and psychosocial support needs
To learn more about whether this would be helpful for your family, you can schedule a free 15-minute Family Building Introductory Call.
Queer and Trans Conception Support Group
I am currently partnering with MAIA Midwifery & Fertility to facilitate a support group for LGBTQ+ Conception as part of their Fertility & Family Building Support Program; you can register on the MAIA website.
If there's something that you need support with that isn't listed here, submit my contact form so we can chat!

Complete your paperwork and submit to me at least one week in advance of the visit
The home visit is a casual meeting where you can introduce me to your family, and we can go over anything that might have been missed in the paperwork. We’ll also have time to answer any questions you have about this process.
Once we have all the information to complete your report, I will submit the completed report packet to your attorney within one week

Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Professionals
Many social workers and other mental health professionals find that traditional mental health supervision doesn’t quite cover the diversity of the work they do. This might include direct client care that isn’t traditional mental health therapy, building groups for folks with marginalized identities, program management in the nonprofit world, even administrative, policy, and advocacy work. For folks who want to work outside the box, I can provide support around clinical, ethical, and administrative aspects of your practice, with a sense of humor and practical resources.
I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor for mental health professionals. For associate level providers seeking ongoing licensure supervision, I will provide documentation of my approved supervisor status and any supervision hours.
I am also happy to provide consultation and supervision for licensed providers who are developing skills in a new population or topic. I am passionate about helping mental health providers learn on topics like LGBTQIA+ family building, confidentiality and ethics in working with youth mental health, and incorporating concepts like harm reduction and Health At Every Size in your practice.
I offer supervision and consultation at an hourly rate of $150. I also offer a sliding scale in the range of $75-$150 when possible. I’m also happy to provide invoices/receipts for reimbursement through employer professional development funds, if applicable.
